At Team K2 Karate, we offer two different age specific curriculums to help your child get started in Karate as soon as possible. There’s no age that can’t benefit from the physical and mental benefits that Martial Arts can offer.

Ages 5 to 7

For kids ranging from 5 to 7 years old, our Karate lessons for our youngest students is specifically designed as a foundational class. We focus on listening skills and following directions while fostering a fundamental understanding of martial arts. We also use this program as a springboard into our program for 8 to 12 year olds.

Ages 8 to 12

Our Martial Arts program for ages 8 to 12 is the #1 program for children’s martial arts in Katy. Rigorously designed to provide social, physical, emotional, and attitudinal growth in each of our students, our curriculum works hand-in-hand with the family and school, offering improved self-discipline, self-confidence, mental awareness, and goal-setting skills.
