Challenge Yourself with Our Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Classes in Katy

This class is based on traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (full Gi) and is more self-defense orientated rather than sport or competition focused.

We are proud to offer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes right here in Katy! Work on controlling an attacker from the ground while learning how to defend against larger opponents and submitting them with a choke or joint lock.

Other techniques include arm placement for proper defese, sweeps and take-downs from a standing position.

Train at your own pace! This is a beginner friendly class for new students looking to start up in BJJ or for someone looking for a non-striking martial art style that involves joint locks, chokes and body control. This is a ranking class for ages 14+ only.
